Raiding poll :)
After a misunderstanding with one of our guildies, we thought it important to investigate where the guild currently stands with regards to roles. Consider this a follow-up of the poll we posted 6 weeks ago, where we asked you what class you would be levelling first. For some people, things may have changed (I know they have for me! 
), and it would really help our decisionmaking process if you'd let us know by way of this poll.
Also, we hope to open a second group for Naxxramas in january. Pre-Wrath of the Lich King, we would have one group run wednesdays and fridays, and the other group thursdays and tuesdays - with tanks committing to the same team weekly to introduce a little stability into the groups. It would help us if, when you're interested in raiding with Lemmings, you comment to this post with answers to the following

Well tbh im available on just about every day of the week xcept tuesdays
So ill be signing up on wed/friday runs.. But will remain available for the other run.
Dunno if this passed discussion already.. But if we get to the point where we can start 2 groups.. why not run 1 25-man?

i can only play on friday and monday due to working hours and lack of sleep
but im always available if you need 1 extra dps and cant run without it
i dont prefer other days then friday and monday but ill never see i cant on those others

Pre-LK we did indeed had a two tier setup because we only had 4-5 tanks left (even ended with 3 active tanks I believe(?) ), but always saw that as a temporary bandaid. Then I chose mon-wed as best suitable. But it did mean I had to bend some RL activities to that. No problem for a short period, but if that would become structural, that would cross a border for me. For instance, my snooker evening is either tuesday or wednesday, it's flexible because that suits me and my mate best. Also like to be flexible for the odd cinema or out eating, I'm not an in advance planner type of person.
But also, I'd like to raid with varying guildies and group setups.
On the other hand, I do realise we may need some structure.
I will still be happy as a reserve, no worries there.
EDIT: for further clarification: if I do know more in advance when I have no RL activities, I will sign up for a raid, for tues-thurs most likely. (why no mondays btw?)

I left the mondays out because I just wanted to see the response on these two run options, leaving the monday (if people would find that a suitable day) open for other things, or spur of the moment stuff.
As far as being flexible is concerned, as you know we're not moving from our invite list system to a static group system
What I liked about the two groups on set days (which I never considered a band aid solution) was that people would have the option to choose which 'set' of runs to go to (which helps everyone in the guild with keeping track of saved instances etc. especially raid organisers) as well as know that when they would sign up on for example the wednesday, they'd have a sense of stability of playing with 'the usual suspects'. 
But it would be people's choice from week to week!
People never have to sign up for any run they can't or don't want to go to, as it is, and that will never change as this is a casual guild with no ridiculous "80% attendance" requirements

I can play on Fridays and Saturdays. Sometime I can play on the other days but thats not every week.
The best group for me would be Wednesday and Friday but I am not sure I can make it every week.

As the guildie who caused all the misunderstanding I feel obliged to post... even though I have no idea which role I'm going to play.
I thought that my future (raid) build was my own problem, I was clearly wrong. till yesterday my idea was "I'm not in raids, not even very up-to-date with all the expectations etc. But once I get closer with gear, understanding of everything and I will generally start thinking of going to raids I'd choose a role that will fit me best. Do my best to prepare and sign the ok-to-go list."
And that's what I'm going to do now. I hit 80 a few days ago, respecced to a proper moonkin, having LOTS of fun with dps'ing and a little emergency healing during runs. I wanted to respec to a tree in a few days and decide (after a few runs) which one is better for me.
I'm going to respec today and try doing a few instances. I don't have to NEED during them, because tree might not be my choice after that. I just want to make sure WoW is still fun, whatever my role is.
soooo, I'm not going to take part in the poll, as I have no idea yet. But I do want to take part in Naxx runs once I'm ready so I'll write about the days.
Days I can play: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (not always), Saturday (not always), Sunday.
Days I cannot play: Tuesday, Thursday..

Same as last time for me.
I'll level Kaliya as feral and then go "tree" for raiding and she'll still be my main. If my lock is ever needed as an emergency stand in for raids then I'll be happy to help, once her gear is up to scratch!
The new job is still making me tired (M6 and M42 every day
) so Friday night and Saturdays are best for me. I may be able to do occasional week nights as the travelling settles down.

I am "willing to sign up for any day other than Saturdays, those belong to my Wife.
As for my real problem, I am a shift worker and do not finish till 21.00 on alternate weeks,
But if I sign up it means I am available and will be ready to go at allocated time.

Raiding Days

Days most suitable for me to raid are saturday evenings or any time on a sunday. As I work shifts I am only available on weekdays 1 week out of every 3, and on those weeks I am available only on a Tuesday and a Friday due to other commitments.

Are we leaving this at a 2 day raid or is there going to be options for a 3rd day? just wondering due to the sheer size of naxx while learning the place it may be an option to have an optional 3rd day to tidy up any remaining bosses or reattempts on bosses that have caused us some pain?
I think things will get faster in naxx as gear comes along, last week showed are capable of clearing 2 wings in 1 night already, and i think that could probably strech to 3 wings in the near future, till eventually we are able to clear the place in 2 nights...
