Invite stop!

in the last few weeks, we have gained a ginormous amount of applications from people wanting to join our guild. So far in january we have received 21 apps. More than one application a day! This puts a strain on the high lemmings and the officers, and me, in judging all these applications fairly.

Besides that, we don't want the guild to be overrun with initiates, just for the sake of getting new guildies; we want people to get acquainted with our game philosophy. We want people that participate in guild events and (this goes without saying) prefer a Lemmings group to a random through the cross-realm looking for group. We want guildies that are given the opportunity to join in on Lemmings events because they feel involved and a part of the guild, not neglected because nobody knows them from the other 100 initiates

So in order to give every new person the time to adjust, and us the time to get to know them (and not have a completely different guild over the course of a month), *and* to get a breather as recruitment team, we will have to call a brief invite stop, except for the roles we really need to resupply the guild with in order to more easily fill raids.

We will keep looking for main spec healers and tanks. If you have a friend that would like to join (either a dps class or a hybrid who in all honesty is not interested in tanking or healing except for offspec), please ask them to wait until february 1st, or they risk an immediate dismissal of their application.
