Updated, and added the newly attuned Lemmings :)

A short note about the newly attuned Lemmings:

When updating KIL, the new players are added to the bottom of the list first, followed by the players of last week's raid(s). So when we are updating KIL, we are doing it in this order:

1. Place newly attuned players at the bottom of the list;
2. Place players that joined one raid during last week at the bottom of the list;
3. Place players that joined two raids during last week at the bottom of the list.

So newly attuned players have a larger chance of joining the next raid than players who joined last week's raids. However, players who we're unable to join last week's raids will still be higher on KIL than the newly attuned players.

Hmm, Baby, did you update this one? I just did, but I see you made a revision on the 4th but didn't change any of the dates in the post ;)

I just realised while looking at the post that if we had 2 more healers and 2 more dps we would be able to form 2 parties. That would make ppl go in Kara more often. I know this is long-term and not something easily made but I just saw it and though of mentioning it.

We know Kris, but that is assuming all of the tanks and healers and dps can go all of the time :) Which for the healers is not the case - and I as tank don't mind not tanking every week :)
Besides that it's really difficult to manage two raid groups and make sure they're both as succesful as possible. That's why we chose to just have one and this system :)
